Our Tallahassee classes are hosted at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tallahassee Capitol – University, located at 824 Railroad Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32310 – a convenient, centrally located venue with easy access from downtown Tallahassee and the surrounding area.
Our first group of 2026 was a great representation of the local hospitality landscape: attendees came from restaurants, hotels, and assisted living facilities across Tallahassee and the surrounding communities. That mix reflects exactly who we designed this program for – any food service professional who needs a nationally recognized Food Manager certification backed by real, practical instruction.

Who Should Attend?
Florida Statute 509.039 requires that any licensed food service establishment with four or more employees have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff. Whether you’re a restaurant manager, hotel food and beverage director, assisted living dietary supervisor, or food service operator of any kind, your certification needs to be current – and renewed before it expires.
Our Food Manager program covers everything tested on the nationally accredited CFPM exam: foodborne illness prevention, temperature control, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, HACCP principles, cleaning and sanitation, and more. Our participants consistently achieve a 90%+ first-time pass rate.
Flexible Options for Tallahassee Businesses
In addition to our monthly public classes at the Hampton Inn, we also offer private on-site Food Manager training for groups of eight or more at your location anywhere in the Tallahassee area.
