In-person Food Manager Certification Classes in Florida

Serve It Up Safe hosts instructor-led, in-person Food Manager certification classes at hotel conference rooms throughout Florida. Each class is designed to prepare students for the ServSafe Food Manager exam and provides hands-on, instructor-led exam preparation that online courses simply cannot replicate.

Here is what to expect when you attend a public Food Manager class:

Unlike paper exams, Serve It Up Safe administers computer-based ServSafe exams – which means you receive your results immediately after completing the test. Computer workstations are available for students who do not bring a laptop, so there is no need to worry about equipment.

Our trailing 12-month first-time pass rate across all in-person Food Manager certification classes is over 90%, reflecting the quality of our instructor-led exam preparation.

Online programs are delivered through TrainBase, our proprietary learning management system that makes it easy for individuals to complete coursework and for managers to assign, track, and verify team compliance from a single dashboard.
