Each class is designed to prepare students for the ServSafe Food Manager exam and provides hands-on, instructor-led exam preparation that online courses simply cannot replicate.

Unlike paper exams, Serve It Up Safe administers computer-based ServSafe exams – which means you receive your results immediately after completing the test. Computer workstations are available for students who do not bring a laptop, so there is no need to worry about equipment.
