• If you have taken the in-person RVA training, you can access the refresher training by inputting the access code that was provided to your manager in the area below.
• The RVA training is a tri-annual requirement (i.e., required three times a year), and the refresher training is to be completed 4 months and 8 months after your in-person training.

Under Florida’s Responsible Vendor Act (§561.705), all certified alcohol vendors must ensure that their staff complete ongoing refresher training at least three times per year.
