Did you take a computer-based or paper-based exam?
If You Took a Computer-Based ServSafe Exam, you can access your certificate in just a few steps:
Go to ServSafe.com
Log into your account. (If you forgot your password, reset it.)
Click on “Certificates” in the top-right menu.
Not seeing your certificate?
You may have registered with a different email address.

If You Took a Pencil & Paper Exam (NRFSP):
Your certificate is usually mailed to you within 2 weeks of passing.
If you didn’t receive it, or need a copy:

If You Took an In-Person Class With Serve It Up Safe:
Your paper certificate was provided at the end of training.
