COVID-19 Updates & Protocols
Your health and well-being are our highest priority. At all times, we take the highest level of precautions to prevent the spread of infection, including the coronavirus.
If you are healthy, there is no need to cancel your regularly scheduled ServSafe class (they are usually small groups anyway), and if you are uncertain as to if the class will still happen, email us. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or if you or those you are in close contact with have been exposed to the coronavirus, contact us and we will assist you with rescheduling your class for a later date.
If you or someone you are in close contact with have recently traveled to a country with outbreaks of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 or quarantined as a precaution, wait at least 14 days before attending a class to make sure you are free of COVID-19 symptoms and consult yoru physician before attending.
We will continue to monitor updates from the CDC, the World Health Organization and our state officials. In the event of new information, we will update this notice of any changes to our procedures for classes including postponement of future classes. We ask you to use your best judgement for attending upcoming classes and to email us if you have any questions about your upcoming classes.
There will be no fee’s/costs to you or your team members to reschedule any future ServSafe class if we are notified in advance of your class date, and although refunds are not authorized or available, rescheduling to future dates will incur no additional costs.
Thank you.
